I think they have only done one stock split and it was 1 : 100.

Usually, a reverse stock split is done as a result of poor performance. Its done to keep the stock price above a certain dollar value (usually $1.00) to keep from being delisted.

If its done to uplist to a major exchange, it can be a very good thing.

Time will tell...
