Are you seriously asking these questions. These people are greedy but they’re not as stupid as Kelly, Poophassen or Magic Mike!!

The company is dead! Their debt leverage is crushing them, they have no advice trials in P2 or P3 and Welch owns the IP.

You were warned Nader was a crook and the target of the SEC/DOJ: you refused to listen

SEC may know about 13D and some short activity. Love the new SEC rule proposals which close the loopholes. Was there any hedge fund activity and if so who, and what funds? Insider trading and short trading rule changes coming to the SEC!!
So looking forward to the litigations.

CytoDyn will reap some huge gains from the likes of Nada and KazzeemaBada. The Nada/Bada conspiracy is no longer a theory! Just think of the damages done to CytoDyn by Nada and others. New SEC rule proposals will help out in the future as Companies will have liability for these actions so these fraud schemes will rarely happen.
