Great NEWS! This could start some panic buying off the bottoms... all you naysayers on this board are so conditioned to be IBCX hayters you can't see the forest from the trees. Wake up. Smell the roses. Make the best of a bad situation. Let's get this thing off the bottom. Now is our chance to get some reality into this mess. 99% of pink sheets don't have a business and are trading on air at least IBCX has some tangible property. Ed did the right thing exactly what I was hoping for and stopped the bleeding with this pr. I will try and buy at the bottom for a big profit. good luck guys
