Don't think an employee hire requires a Subsequent Event (or whatever Deng is) and I firmly believe there will be no ink on any merger dated prior to Jan. 1 2023 which also avoids reporting it - the good stuff is coming and more than just a hope and prayer (I hope lol).

Yeah.... Subsequent Events certainly would have...however, only we would see and know that.
