You make me laugh. 1st of all I do not owe any of you anything. I presented SOME of the problems I found and suggested you ask Jon Faro and Brett if they are true or not.
The foreign patents were filed in 2020 and voided a few months ago for non payment of fees. Explain how that was discussed in 2019.
Ask Jon Faro when he found out that Delaware voided the corporate charter I'm sure he will agree it was last month when I told him. And when he found out he was appointed as a director to a company that no longer existed he had his name removed from the website. If Faro didn't know there was no company in 2018 until 2022 I doubt it was old news discussed in 2019.
In my opinion and opinion of others the reason nothing has happened and nothing will happen is because there have been so many violations of corporate and securities laws no banking firm would ever touch it.
So it was discussed in 2019? 3 years later the corporate charter is still void; still no shareholder meeting; no updates for 2+ years; Jon Faro ran for the hills; the company is no longer trading; patents are expiring as you read this; etc, etc, etc. And you believe I'm disgruntled?
Let me make it clear shallow pockets, the only reason I am here is to buy shares to give us standing to file an action against the company and those that crippled it. As we now have an agreement to buy those shares stay tuned. In the mean time your shares are worth ZERO. Hopefully you have better investments in those pockets.
