BR and company would have standing before SHWZ. But (there's always a but) SHWZ having business interests in both CO and NM would also have standing if they were even contemplating bringing a Star*Buds to NM as a second brand (be it a packaged good sold in a R Greenleaf mfg at Elemental Kitchens etc or a dispensary under a negotiated Star*Buds moniker that this "Starr Budds" plainly interferes with the good housekeeping brand or what we call goodwill by ripping off their name in a biz line which is the same. (not a horseshoe toss difference like coffee) I personally can't see BR letting it slide. It's injurious to his expansion and his partners (present and future) elsewhere by employing a tradename via deception which is easy to compare as likely to be confusing be it purposeful or negligent.
