This company has had nearly 2 years to prove that it is holding $30 million in gold bullion and $52 million in cash from the sale of its imaginary Guerrero Mine.

In the meantime, Clive has converted and sold a billion and a half shares. And don't give me that tired line that Clive has never sold. He has, or he would be listed as a >5% owner.
