Yes, OPTI will STILL be responsible for its debts and theft of money by fraud. In the eyes of the law a corporation is treated the same as an individual. Optec is an integral part of the fraud. Its participation of wrongdoing does not just go away with the removal of Pawson.

The SEC really needs to step in here and DO something.
