LOL. What the SEC letter seems to imply is that the registration was erroneous. Possible “technical defect”. The gall to appeal for this now. And to tell off the Chief Justice like that. Unreal.

If we had the reverse merger at the height of the NFT wave in June many here would be retired. As whole had to intervene and mess us up. The right thing is to finish the pest. WNFT for the win.. as long as it takes.
