Why does it matter if the news was 4 yrs ago? It’s how he feels and thinks once a company goes subpenny. His philosophy hasn’t changed. 4 yrs later same thing different day. Trading at .000001. Why buyback shares or cancel when it’s easier to just put that money elsewhere and just dump then eventually R/S? Win win for them not so much for us
