I am not sure if you remember one conference Cydy had with some doctors from Philippine , and with the very first patient treated there with Leronlimab ..young looking man ..
I still remember him talking , he was treated with all these worthless imo approved drug before without help ..
His oxygen was below 80% , I think going to low 70s , he was praying thinking that he is dying , he felt so bad ,

So yes , until now it is a very safe drug .
Compare to others , for egz Remdesivir which may damage severely and permanently your kidney or liver ..
It is a great drug , and I very strongly believe that if it will be given EUA , instead of Remdesivir , Tocilizumab , Baricitinib , many hundreds thousand less Americans will die , and/or have less severe complication from the approved treatments ..
