I agree with you that it will most likely never trade again. The patents are worthless. There is no money. The only thing making revenue is Now Solutions and it dwindled from $8M when Wade bought it as his cash cow, to $4M at the time of delisting. Who knows what it brings in today.....probably less. Nobody needs Now Solutions' products and I'm sure there's a lot better solutions than 20 year old Empath. I don't know why the lawsuit against Wade is preventing them from continuing the business. I just want closure on this junk stock.
