Looks like a CYA investor call to correct all the misleading trial results that NP pumped out.
Likely part of an agreement with the SEC and DOJ. COB is doing everything possible to distance CYDY from the actions of prior management. The Dr. Kelly "resignation" is likely teeing him up for another round of indictments and/or SEC sanctions. Perhaps Mike Mulholland too. More CYDY can do to remediate the past clinical trial frauds the better for shareholders and the company.

Let's see what disclaimers (other than the usual forward looking statements disclaimers) come out in the call.
