Bad publicity or what is reality? Facts are facts, TLRY has been in steady decline even with the company throwing out PR’s.

Sounds more like a finger cross hope of a “New Headline” in 2023. Highly doubt it will be banking reform for pot stocks though.

Time will tell though.
