I believe that Nash keeping up on the filings and actually out early this past quarter says a lot. The silence to me speaks volumes. Am I right, who knows, time will tell.
Am I pissed that there has not been any communication, Absolutely.
I am fairly sure that it is legal to say in a Press Release, "Due to ongoing talks / negotiations, the company is unable to speak or comment at this time."
I am cautiously optimistic.....
