Ivermectin was an answer earlier in the pandemic, but new variants produce so much "shed" the amount of ivermectin needed (supposedly) requires a quantity of ivermectin that, itself, may prove quite toxic. Leronlimab appears, by far, the superior drug. While there are probably some who will not be helped (for various reasons), Leronlimab appears to help most folks that take it. And due to Leronlimab's safety record, even if it doesn't "help," it won't hurt them with the nasty side effects several other treatments inflict.

FWIW This is based on my reading, I have used neither drug.
