Well, they went public to access the capital markets. I still anticipate an offering and funding of the company at a price significantly higher than current prices, that will cause the stock price to move much higher.
Suppose GM bought 25 million shares at $5/share... That would inject 125 million dollars into the company, and they could ramp up production and installation of their charging stations.
