Do you guys know how many people ocwen employs in India? It seems they have an infinite number of different call centers with people who will say and do whatever. You can never ever get the same person on the phone twice. So when they start negotiating and making offers, you have to take it or leave it, or else you end up having to start all over again with totally different Indian people who don't know anything about your case. They assign individuals and then change them immediately afterward. It's a horror show once you ever hear the word "ocwen". I remember sitting and listening in on speaker, and not being able to believe that this is how home ownership is handled in America. This company is your enemy no matter who you are.
