The numbers do not reflect any new share sales yet.

Not really. Before the RS, the OS was at 195M shares and now it is 195/25 or 7.8M. The earlier update by the TA did not reflect all the original OS. With the new share offering for $32.5M that already closed, the OS will rise to 10.5M. It has not been updated yet.
