Excel, this is the background on my maternal Grandma, who taught me how to garden. I started at age 4; their is a misprint that I just noticed of me being in a playpen, which was age 2 and I was parked next to her garden. But at age 4, my Grandma would have me prepare the tomato plant holes in October by put in fish heads as fertilizer. Interesting times when many more people garden as a carryover from the WW II Victory Gardens.
