Goal posts moved from "investigation" to "charged"???

Ive seen dozens of the "not under investigation" posts...where are the previous "no charges" posts?

It is INDICTMENTS and CIVIL ENFORCEMENT ACTION. They fired Dr. Kelly two days before and now he is an ex-employee that is very likely going to get the same treatment.

Then the rest of the SEC and DOJ action is likely to land on the company shortly,

But the damage is done -- share price dropping precipitously. Company now called a fraud. No investor will loan them money, no partner would consider a deal. Zombie biotech.

Damn right it is not over. Dr. Kelly got fired under SEC pressure and it now going to be ex-employee when he gets taken out. Then there is Mike Mulholland and his uplisting insider trading move. The company still has great exposure to indictment as they let all this fraud happen. We'll see how far it goes but it is certainly not over.

Besides NP has already taken the stock down big time and it still has more to drop. So it doesn't even matter it CYDY get sanctioned or indicted, it is screwed by low stock price, demonstrated reputation as a fraud -- nobody will loan them money, buy the stock or do a deal with it. Call it a major nail in the coffin. But you can deny it all you want.
