Um, moneycrew, what part of---

The complaint alleges that, in an April 2020 press release, CytoDyn falsely announced that the company had submitted a completed Biologics License Application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration—a key milestone that caused the company’s stock price to increase.

Likely Scott Kelly and Mike Mulholland will soon follow. Both had insider trading events and Scott Kelly approved all of NPs trades so he's clearly exposed. He was likely thrown under the bus by Cytodyn to try to appease the SEC and DOJ. Your right, it ain't over. Cytodyn also clearly has exposure as a corrupt organization allowing all of the insider trading and stock fraud to happen.
