Also, Ross Laterra is listed as President on otc markets. I spoke with him 5+ years ago but don't think he has any affiliation to the company any longer. Believe he and Justin Bergeron weren't happy with the direction the company was heading and they were owed a lot of money. Not sure if they were ever paid back?
