But we could get a filing next week just as well.

Maybe they ran into something that for some reason requires them to wait till 2023 before they file. In that case, the filings are all ready to go and we are just waiting for 2022 to turn to 2023. If this is the case we should have a filing next week...or maybe even within a week from now.
