If you're talking about SRNW, that was like 90% the first time and the latest round is another 50% (off the top of my head, haven't bothered to check to make sure).
From my perspective, 10% isn't quite significant, but my expectation is 291M based on that being the number of restricted shares.
If it is 400M+ then I'll be pleasantly surprised, and that's more in line with what I consider significant. 400M is about 1/6, 800M is 1/3 and 1.2B is 1/2.
I'd be surprised if we get anywhere close to 1/2 though, as my assumption was new investors had purchased at least 1/2 since Sharp became custodian. Based on a completely mistaken view of what accumulation means, he doesn't have room to cancel any!
But checking actual accumulation since 2018-2020, I think 240M-290M seems the most likely range, and it could possibly go as high as 450M.
