I didn't forget and didn't include in my thinking because from an insolvency perspective it doesn't matter today.

I will say given everything that has gone wrong with this company there is absolutely no reason to expect to win. I know that's a very cynical take, but come on does anyone really think Ji wins this case? Almost no chance.

PSS’s actions caused the deaths of many people and the loss of income for SRNE.
He owns the LA Times and is trying to buy the Angels baseball team. He doesn’t need bad publicity so I believe he will settle before April 1. tax loss selling and short selling will end soon

Sorrento will get nothing from the lawsuit, that will go on for years. The great Dr. has already spent what he thought he would get.
