After losing the lawsuit originally this was always going to be a 50/50 outcome with the appeal. The Company was also keenly aware of this. Lets see what this "New Co" plans looks like in a couple of weeks. At this point it can't go much lower than it is so we have no choice but to hang on and wait for this new grand plan. It will be interesting....and make for some colorful posts here also.
