That sure makes perfect sense Captain...so they may be wanting to request any trial go to Florida, or Texas rather than NC....let's see if Mordicai can add to this...but I think you nailed it Captain. Maybe if it is Texas...they will fry the plaintiff's @ss in a "large" way...since everything is "bigger" in Texas ;-)
I am pleased to see some of this stuff is starting to make it's way through the courts already. That is good.
