Almost all shippers are Greek scam ran companies. I remember DRY*S (George Economou ticker) which is one of the stock that I forgot to mention ran to 150.00 in a single session from $3.50, but had 150,000 float after a reverse split, then dilution to oblivion again.

I think they all are, DRYS was for example, and it seemed like they did one r/s a month, and pretty sure TO PS is Greek.
