The next time you are caught with a stock that does a R/S and the brokerage tells you to wait, do I what I did I wouldn't take no & the brokerage firm allowed me to sell the the position short in my account so the stock was sold. I had to close both position with separate transitions but it accomplished what I wanted to do.
