The management may well be incompetent-- but, they may be turning the corner. They may be ready to let us know about big sales that will overcome their short comings and all will work out. The problem is: big sales need big cash. You can not produce large volumes to sell if you can not pay for it. Your suppliers don't care about your promises-- they care about your ability to pay. A R/S may raise enough cash to get us by for now-- if all works out then we can go to conventional lenders to finance the operation and we all win. Otherwise kiss your investment goodbye. It is time to SHIT or get off the POT.
