I think PCT was paid 100,000 by a distributor for the right of distributor and License to market Hydrolyte Green. It was the distributor that was not able to proceed and let their Dist/License lap with PCT.. Id'have look into the Q's and K's

Ie EPA and USDA approvals were not achieved.
