I don’t see any amendment to the SEC 14A filing.

But if true, i’m glad as i did not like that proposal one bit. The share increase for production costs, i agree with. As for the RS, i hope it isn’t necessary for compliance, but may be needed at some point to bring them back to a reasonable number.
