That is ridiculous most R/S penny stocks collapse on the first day of trading just as COSM did by 50%, anyone that wanted to buy could, anyone holding shares from yesterday's close always has an issue to trade it online, but a call to your broker you could enter an order at anytime today to sell COSM the symbol didn't change.
