WRONG AGAIN!

Once again, for the fourth, time, here are the true FACTS:

Jon Rice didn't pick up ANY shares. The only thing that happened is that 2 MILLION shares changed status (from not exercisable to exercisable). Anyone can see that the total amount of shares stayed the same, if they just compare the most recent S-1A with the previous one.
