Series A Preferred Representative and Sale Representatives; Determination of Net Proceeds; Holdback Amount; Indemnification Matters

Following the Effective Time, the board of directors of the Combined Company will delegate to the Sale Representatives the authority to pursue, and negotiate the proposed terms and conditions of, the Asset Sale Transactions. The Sale Representatives will keep the board of directors of the Combined Company informed of the status of each Asset Sale Transaction, and will submit the definitive terms and conditions of any proposed Asset Sale Transaction to the board of directors of the Combined Company for approval. This delegation of authority will expire at the Asset Sale Expiration Date.

If the shorts either buy back the counterfeit shares from us or Next Bridge Co directly. If Next Bridge gets the money from the shorts, it will be in the hundreds of Billions of Dollars since Meta stated they will not easily sell to the shorts to bail them out. It would have to cost shorts a lot of money to close these illegal (evidence of crimes) shares. If they ask me to buy my shares my minimum price is at least $1000 PPS. Its time the shorts were taught a painful financial lesson for the decades they eluded the public with this nefarious act of theft.
I am betting if Next Bridge sells 330M legals shares to the shorts the price will be in excess of $100 Billion. Plenty of money for Next Bridge to conduct any oil drilling operations to bring up barrels and barrels of oil making us the Next Bridge shareholders very rich. I hear the CEO said if they get a big price for the 330M shares some of the money will be returned to the Next Bridge shareholders in the form of cash dividends. I can't wait to get my Next Bridge shares people. I will be making profit coming and going with this MMTLP trade I accidently got into for a daytrade. I love everything about this stock. If they dont pay me now, they will pay me in the future but then the price will be much, much higher. Thank You John Brda and George P for all you guys do for the the MMTLP and MMAT sharesholders.
