I agree that the Finra U3 was the right thing to do. But I will admit, they told investors that the stock would continue to trade even though purchases after 12/8 would not be entitled to a worthless private share divy. Twice actually.

Maybe some intern at Finra needs to learn what 'Ex' means?

The 12/9 halt should be automatic and obvious in this case.

Ex date was 12/9.
