All I can tell you is that the “moving short positions off shore to avoid FTD’s” is complete myth.

So there is no way FINRA would have told him that.

Now whether he mis-heard, mis-represented, or lied I guess is up for debate.

But it is BS none-the-less.

I can go into a rather long technical discussion of why it is…but most people who believe that nonsense are uninterested in the reality.

But I will watch the video…maybe he doesn’t actually say that and the poster got wrong what he actually said.

I got my NB shares in my etrade account today they where accually in there at 2 am when I checked,I accidentally got caught up in this without even knowing that it would be halted for trading on Dec 9 ,I seen the big drop on Dec 8 and bought near the low just above 3.00 so I got in cheaper than most ,one guy bough 48000 at 10.00 a share,that's 480,000.00 that's nuts ,I called invester relations in Nova Scotia for nb and he also said the new website will be going live next week and then we can find out how to cash in ,I think there is alot of money to be made here,I feel good about mine because I got in 65 percent cheaper than most who bought in at 9 to 12.50 a share
