I don't care what Eddie "typed in" while probably loaded, here is the SS from 3/26/22 from the SEC licensed and regulated Transfer Agent. This is a guy Eddie HIRED and PAYS, if the numbers are so wrong then why didn't he tell him to change them? Hell there were 4.744B in the OS on 2/21/22. I know...Eddie figures NO ONE saves any of those SS updates off of OTCM. Wrong......

BTW...his TA is RESPONSIBLE for transferring shares out of the Authorized into the Outstanding--yet you claim his doesn't know the factual share count? ROFLMMFAO!! You think a TA would purposely file share structure numbers that are BILLIONS off just for $hits and giggles?? Get real.......

Facts are the share structure from the TA is 100% correct.

You are 100% wrong! The following Official 2022-Q1 quarterly financial report filed on 05/09/2022 Clearly indicated that the OS was

2,969,209,834 shares of $0.0001 par value common stock outstanding as of March 31, 2022

Yeah well read his Q3 2021. Page 3 says "As of September 30, 2021, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 4,744,209,834

As of June 30, 2021, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was:
4,324,209,834

As of December 31, 2020, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was:
3,259,209,834"

Page 4 says: "Total shares outstanding: 4,744,209,834 as of date: 09/30/21"

So it's hardly likely "Special Ed" magically reduced the O/S only to blow it up bigger than ever. Eddie's an incompetent fool and a liar. Everyone is in agreement on that.
