Where did you get this? Authorized shares don't decrease from a reverse split.
The Outstanding shares drop.

Vystar now has hundreds of millions of freed up shares they can dump since the R/S
No doubt the Rotten Rotmans have been paid their past due shares which they can now sell as well.

With no Transfer Agent, I don't believe the new share structure will be reported.

And with the way Vystar files, I don't think we will see another financial (10Q or 10K)
until maybe next May.
What a perfect time for them to open the flood gates to their share dumping.
