Or it could be your own computer and your ISP. Speed depends on various variables. How fast is the server you are trying to link to on the other end, how fast is your computer and how fast is your ISP/internet access.

I very rarely get the delays everyone else is complaining about with IHub. But I am using an up to date HP Chromebook and my ISP uses fiber optic as opposed to cable etc.

And my Wifi router is a Nighthawk with 3 different channels to connect to. The wife also works from home and connects via VPN and I also have Alexa and Google scattered around the house including the barn about 50 feet from the router. And somewhere a PS4 comes into play.

And I'll add the router my ISP supplied and charged me a rental fee was a POS which is why I returned theirs and bought my own. I'll leave the math to you as to what you are renting vs what you can buy.
