I never said the binding part was the purchase. In fact at the time when that PR was being pumped all over the place I was pointing out exactly what you just said.
Even DelPack’s short lived clarification that they did not commit to purchasing anything confirmed that.
Besides, most of Amazon’s last mile delivery partners have only about 15 vehicles at most. The business model falls apart once you get any bigger.
But the point is, the PR was complete bullshit.
Which means it isn’t the only one. Michery far exaggerates stuff and sets high expectations to support the stock, which he has sold a lot of in the past year.
And he is losing credibility…which is why the stock is as low as it is.
