You do realize that one of the "Whales" exercised shares at $.25 and sold when it was $.40. It netted him $345k or something like that back in June.
How anyone would think that with $17m options that can be exercised at $.01 would think anything would hold at the $.11 level or higher based on the situation the company is in currently.
