Perhaps. I don’t have any proof they actually committed fraud. Misleading investors, the repeated amended filings which had a material impact, all the weird paid promos which stopped when we took notice and the PPP loans. I think there is more, but a prosecutor would have to have to ultimately decide and then go through discovery.
