Here in lies the problem. They have to start over and they did with K1.1 and seemingly abandoned everything else.

Since over 90% fail in trials, I don’t think anyone is going to bite unless somehow the FDA and SEC green light SBFM and they stay out of trouble with NASDAQ and stop screwing up 8 and 10K’s that have to be amended.

That is generally considered to be an adverse material effect. This has happened as of today, too many times.
