You should report them. They were banned for using Twitter to pump the stock touting their contraption for treating COVID. If they simply opened a new account with a new name they still should not be allowed on, its the same people that will be pumping the stock using lies and deception.
All that debt needs to be converted so that is why the pumping will begin. Look out for paid articles in the very near future.
