Agreed on his % that he owns, 95% of the financing I've seen in the pink sheet market, is always in favor of the group financing the deal not the shareholders. It could be this way with this deal too..

everyone will get a piece of the pie, like finance team, PR firms who could use companies to pump and of course the market makers.
