Unfortunately in the OTC pinks there is no requirement like that. On the big boards yes, but not down here.

If I recall, they filed a 15-12g so no longer fall under SEC reporting requirements but they are an Alternative reporting company which has same guidelines for this.

The shutting down of the Vegas facility is also a material event that has not been reported.
