StevieT, Emergent has no other choice than to complete a R/M or lose the two+ years they spent dealing with creditors reducing ETEK’s debt to zero to make it a clean shell. I would think that Emergent has been reviewing R/M candidates since before the last qrtly filing where they announced such. I think an announcement Jan. 9th might be excellent timing. JMHO
