I figured the reason they bought the plant in California and paid $7 million dollars for it in cash and shares was because they needed to expand operations in order to meet demand. I feel the price of the stock is depressed because management is not willing to share at this time all the exciting developments that are transpiring. Why would they need the large facility in California, where, according to the shareholder that visited the facility, said that there were 15 or 20 workers hard at work, if they weren't increasing business? I may be out of my mind, but I think HIRU is an absolute steal at these prices. As for dilution, I think the CEO had to do it because she had so much business that she had to dilute so she could fulfill the new orders that HIRU has been getting. I believe all we need is the patience to wait for all these developments to come together. If the 4th quarter is not gangbusters, I will have to revise my opinion.
